The Ws1 is a handmade, to order brass and wood wall lamp which is exclusively designed and sold by 2 little spoons. Inspired by the Japanese Wabi-sabi aesthetics which celebrates the beauty or perfection of the imperfection. No lathes or milling machines have been used in production but instead the wood has been cut and shape sanded 100% by hand to guarantee slight imperfection in true Wabi-sabi spirit and making each one of these wall lamps unique. The wood may vary in colour and is lightly oiled with ecological coconut oil which retains a slight matt finish and accentuates the natural grain of the wood. This wall light is handcrafted from raw brass which will naturally patina with time and will give another element to the unique finish of each wall lamp. A 120mm mouth-blown matt opal globe adds a lovely contrast and softness to the overall look of the wall lamp. The lamp comes with a choice of  black or brown twisted fabric cable.

Ws1 är en handgjord vägglampa i trä och mässing, exklusivt designad och såld av 2 little spoons och tillverkad på beställning. Lampan är inspirerad av den japanska Wabi-sabi-estetiken som hyllar ofullkomlighetens skönhet eller det imperfekta. Inga svarvar eller fräsmaskiner har använts i produktionen, träet har i stället sågats och formats 100% för hand för att garantera en liten dos ofullkomlighet i äkta Wabi-sabi-anda och ge varje lampa sitt eget unika utseende. Träet kan variera i färg och är oljat med ekologisk kokosolja som behåller en lätt matt yta och accentuerar träets naturliga struktur. Vägglampan har delar av rå mässing som naturligt kommer att patina med tiden och addera ytterligare ett unikt element till varje lampa. En 120mm munblåst, matt opal glasglob ger en härlig kontrast och mjukhet till lampans totala utseende, och den levereras med svart eller brun tvinnad textilkabel.
